In this video, Vanessa will show you how to use a towel to help mobilise and bring ease to your spine, upper back, hips and neck, to help encourage length and freedom of movement in your body.

Join Vanessa from the comfort of your own home for a basic Pilates Matwork class targeting strength in the core, upper back, shoulders and hips. This sequence has the perfect blend of effort and ease. Easy to follow along at home and safe for most injuries and conditions.

Join Vanessa in this mat class aimed at encouraging connection to your core, while helping bring ease to your lower back and fluidity into the spine. You will need one soft spikey massage ball (available on the website) or a rolled towel can also do the trick! Suitable for all levels.

Join Vanessa for the gentle body toning Pilates mat class. This class will have you work on strength in the abdominals, hips and shoulders.  This class can be challenging for some beginners, but options are provided for all to participate. No props required. Just a a focused breath and positive energy!

Be a fly on the wall in one Vanessa's live virtual classes! This class is a beautiful sequence of Pilates and Slings Myofascial Training - creating a perfect balance of strength and ease. We will work on creating length in the front of the body, toning in the back of the body and mobility in the hips. You will be left feeling taller and more balanced in your posture.

You will need one soft massage ball (any soft ball about the size of a baseball, or the purple inflatable Pilates ball 1/3 filled with air).

This gentle class will help bring both strength and ease to the hips and inner thighs, leaving you feeling more at ease in the hips, legs and lower back. Using a massage ball as assistance (you can use any soft ball) we get a beautiful massage and encourage fluidity in the hip joint. Simple, but effective!
