OUR SERVICES

At Movement Remedies we are passionate about helping you bring strength and confidence to your posture, so that you always feel your best!

We offer two main services - Remedial Massage and Pilates. We believe these two services work in perfect harmony.

With the remedial touch of massage and the intentional active movement of Pilates, your body begins to redefine, reshape and restructure itself. The recipe for long term physical and mental resilience!

We are passionate about sharing our knowledge with our clients. We offer a range of workshops and masterclasses to bring this knowledge to you in practical ways.
